McMillen Engineering employs twenty-eight talented and dedicated professionals. Our team of experts consists of professional engineers, registered land surveyors, civil engineers, structural engineers, wetland specialists, engineering technicians, and support staff all under the accomplished leadership of Terry E. McMillen, Sr., P.E.  A registered professional engineer, Terry possesses forty years of solid experience in the field of civil engineering and is the firm’s founder and president.

Although our client and project list is wide and varied with a variety of civil engineering projects, land development engineering is our specialty.  We provide property and topographic surveys, land use analysis, land form design, environmental studies, traffic analysis, and structural designs.  We will also conduct environmental studies including site assessment, wetland delineation and mitigation plans, flood analysis, and storm-water management. 

 

Once the studies are complete and the results are revealed, we design basic infrastructure such as water and sewer systems, roads and other facilities to allow for complete land development.  With special land use requirements or configurations, we have developed many land form designs for projects.  Without a doubt, the key to our success at McMillen Engineering is our ability to creatively incorporate designs and negative land use features resulting in unique land form concepts.
