McMillen Engineering is a full service civil engineering firm that specializes in land development. Multi-discipline services enable us to provide innovative engineering designs.

McMillen Engineering has twenty-eight employees including professional engineers, registered land surveyors, civil engineers, structural engineers, wetland specialist, engineering technicians, and support staff. Terry E. McMillen, Sr., P.E., founder and president, is a registered professional engineer in nine states with over thirty years experience in civil engineering.

There are many firms performing similar services. However, McMillen Engineering is committed to providing sound engineering solutions by the application of basic civil engineering principles using a combination of tried-and-true approaches with state-of- the-art methods and materials. This is supported by our commitment to excellence.  Our professionals regularly attend applicable seminars, continuing education courses, and research literature within the industry.  This knowledge is used to continually improve and update design methods and procedures.

Because of this knowledge and experience, McMillen Engineering is very comfortable with "first time" designs.  We realize that no two land developments are the same, each have unique conditions involving land form, environmental conditions, current traffic deficiencies, or any number of associated problems. Our wide range of professional and technical services provide a broad base to approach each new site and its particular conditions. We also provide value-added services, such as speed, accuracy, and dependability, which our clients can pass on to their customers.

McMillen Engineering has maintained a steady growth since its beginning in 1977. We complete projects with difficult schedules and special project design conditions. Be assured that adequate and capable personnel will be committed to provide the timely completion of your project.
