McMillen Engineering provided land development design and permitting for this gas station and convenience store. The site is located at the intersection of New Salem Road and State Route 40 in South Union Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania.
FACT Transit Center

The project included a 1,930 square foot transfer center, office space, and a tourism information center. The site is located within the Fayette County Business Park.

McMillen Engineering provided building design, civil engineering design, land development design and permitting for the CalFrac development located within the Fayette Business Park in Georges Township, Fayette County, Pennsylvania. The development, as shown here under construction, contains three buildings totaling 90,600 sf situated on a 43 acre site.

Seeking qualified individuals whom are certified to perform plan review and inspections based on the International Construction Code for both residential and non-residential projects.
Qualifications:
- Certified to perform plan review and inspections through the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry
Job Description:
- Ability to travel throughout western Pennsylvania, and other potential areas, to perform inspections as related to the Pennsylvania state mandated building code
- Valid driver’s license
- Understanding of the construction industry and how construction relates to the state mandated building code
- Ability to communicate clearly with developers, property owners, and contractors on the regulations and requirements
- Willingness to continue scheduling exams for additional certifications for both residential and non-residential plan review and inspections, based on the Pennsylvania state mandated building code
- Flexible working conditions based on inspections
- Ability to work as an individual in the field and work as a team member in the office
- AutoCAD experience preferred, but not required.
