McMillen Engineering is proud to have been selected as the Design Engineering Firm on the Highlands Hospital Autism Center in Connellsville, Fayette County, Pennsylvania. McMillen Engineering worked closely with the staff at Highlands Hospital and the Cleveland Clinic on Autism to design a learning facility that meets the needs both educationally and socially.

McMillen Engineering would like to congratulate survey technician, Dave Verbanic, on his marriage to Andrea Porreca on July 16th. Dave has been an employee at McMillen Engineering for twelve years. The wedding ceremony was held at the Church of Madonna in Cardale, Pennsylvania, followed by a reception at the Jewish Community Center in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. Mr. and Mrs. Verbanic currently reside in Adah, Pennsylvania.

The staff at McMillen Engineering is pleased to announce that Ron Herrington, project engineer, completed his certification and is now a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania. Ron began his Civil Engineering career at McMillen Engineering six years ago, starting as an engineer in training. Also, Ron graduated from Penn State University with a bachelor in science degree in Civil Engineering. He specializes in traffic analysis and design.
