Nemacolin Woodlands Resort & Spa
Mystic Rock golf course at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort & Spa, home of the 84 Lumber Classic, was designed by the legendary Pete Dye. A three-year project including grading plans and the functional design of four lakes was completed by McMillen Engineering in 1994.

Featured Land Surveying Project
Hilton Hotel and Conference Center
The ALTA Survey was completed by McMillen Engineering for the Hilton Hotel and Conference Center in Cecil Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania. The hotel is a capstone project of a 15-year mission to develop Southpointe, a 600-acre mixed-use development in Washington County. The four-story structure features two restaurants, 175 guestrooms and 20,000 square feet of meeting space.
