The project required not only creating a functional and customer-friendly site but also ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, seamless utility integration, and long-term sustainability.

  • Designing for Scale and Function: The dealership required a 487-space parking lot to accommodate customers, employees, and vehicle inventory. Our design balanced efficiency with aesthetics, ensuring smooth traffic flow, safe pedestrian access, and clear separation of customer and product storage areas. 

 

  • Environmental Stewardship: With a project of this scale, stormwater management was critical. We developed a collection and conveyance system supported by soil infiltration testing to ensure effective groundwater recharge. An erosion control plan and NPDES permit preparation safeguarded surrounding waterways during construction. 

 

  • Regulatory & Technical Precision: From Phase I Environmental Site Assessment to foundation as-built documentation, every step was carefully executed to meet regulatory requirements and provide a reliable record for future operations. Utility and sewage coordination ensured seamless integration with the business park’s infrastructure, while landscape planning enhanced curb appeal and reinforced the dealership’s brand presence.
