SHEETZ
Over the years, McMillen Engineering has prepared several land development plans for various Sheetz locations throughout Fayette, Greene, and Westmoreland Counties.
Although the projects were similar in nature, they were very diverse regarding terrain, proximity to existing infrastructure, and highway accessibility. Project plan variables included size of convenience store, number of parking spaces, number of fueling stations, and carwash areas.
